Calicut Hospitality Project

As the years have passed and we have received recognition our opportunities to expand old businesses and expand our revolutionary concepts become more and more evident.. Unfortunately, with the possibility of expansion, comes the responsibility of delivering quality to our clients in all spheres.  Over the years we have cultivated a staff that knows quality ingredients, taste and presentation however, it took us eight long years to achieve this goal.  Now as we are poised for rapid expansion, our challenge is to seek additional qualified personnel.

After intense research in trying to find out why Indian personnel are not the caliber of the French, Italian or Continental, we found out that right from the institutions that educate them to the hotels that hone their skills, to the market that employs them, our chefs have never been exposed to that echelon of product or service.

Hence, we have joined hands with Johnson and Wales University overseas so that we can bring to our concepts the kind of qualified front and back office personnel that need to run the most elite facilities internationally.  Now this will leave a final void that we need to fulfill in order to complete our quest for perfection.

A chain of “Five Star” resorts and hotels that will specialize in educating our guest in the nuances of regional Indian cuisine while giving them a site-seeing experience.  We at adä Excellence in Hositality have chosen to begin our chain of resorts from the Vythiri Village Resort and Oriental School for Hospitality in Kerala.  Our second project will be one built from scratch in Northern India.  Both resorts have their distinct advantages.  Our site in Northern India is equidistantly nestled in the mountains between Hrishikesh, Haridwar & Dehradun while our location in the south is in the great State of Kerala in Calicut.  Both of our flagship resorts will offer our guests the opportunity of the exotic hilly region for cooler climate, while educating them both spiritually and intellectually.  More importantly, the reason we feel that this location would be ideal for us is the fact that we intend to be the finest in our trade.  If this is our goal then near Ananda Resort should be our location.

Oriental-Group-of-Educational-Institutions

We then intend to open similar resorts and/or in places like Goa, New Delhi, Udaipur, Simla, Mahableshwar, Jammu, Kashmir etc…  Each location will be thoroughly researched to ensure that it offers our guests the uniqueness of the location as well as the tantalizing exoticness of its cuisine.

Additionally, the resorts will actually challenge our graduates and hone their newly acquired skills while making our project financially very viable.  The wide expanse of the resorts acreage will help in comfortably housing our hospitality college on the same property.  For this hotel we are in the process of collaborating with  no other than the Ritz Carlton Resorts.  We intend to have a total of between 8-10 resort facilities institutes in India not all of them having the hospitality colleges but, all of them having culinary instructional facilities.

Therefore here is our concept for Culinary resorts which will boost culinary tourism and put India well on its way to culinary excellence which is severely lacking. Yes we agree that our goals are lofty, but, attainable.  We have the experience and the knowledge.  We need the people that want to join forces and share in part of a dream.
