Earth Ovens™: Also, in the event of our concept They consist of adä a fine dining restaurant already having enjoyed numerous accolades in New York City and is now poised for rapid expansion. Earth Ovens™ a health alternative to fast food to rival the likes of McDonalds, Wendy’s, Burger King and others. Club “I” to be the only country club to cater to the Indian community internationally with amenities that are not available in other clubs. and, a series of Hospitality Colleges strategically placed within Five Star Hotels in India will complete our projects. Based on the McDonalds business model of real estate, Earth Ovens™ will also offer our investors the safety of real estate.

Hospitality and Culinary Colleges in India & Botswana: Each one of our projects is labor intensive and KHH has taken that into consideration. We are therefore in the process of purchasing an existing university in India and we have been offered by the Government of Botswana to do the same in Africa. We have also been approached by the Government of Malawi. The reason for placing the college in India to begin with is that the number one ROI in India is education; the second is real estate. We will have both.

Our team has the experience we require in from Concept to Successful Implementation of all of the above. Each person will bring their unique experience, perspective and most importantly track record in their area of expertise.

As we read various articles on top hotels/resorts worldwide, most have the following to make each project unique. They are Location, Service, Food and Design.

Though these are very important and have factored them in our launch of the Panaché, we feel that the true FIVE STAR experiences of yesteryear are gone. Our objective at Panache will be to take care of our guests from the time they land at a nearby Private or Public airport till the time the guest will leave our city.

Pick up and drop off service in our fleet of fine cars such as Bentley or Rolls Royce, check in done before the guest arrives in the hotel so there will be no wait, in room meal prepared and served by our chefs in guest rooms, spacious rooms in a luxurious and opulent setting.

A hotel that believes in anticipated service where the guest will not have to ask but just enjoy and concentrate on their stay with us. Just as adä the signature restaurant KHH Group, has been a concept that has revolutionized the “Fine Dining Indian Food” industry, Panaché will do the same for the high end hotel industry, Club “I” will be a unique concept for country clubs and Earth Ovens™ is a concept that will revolutionize the fast food industry.

When the world goes for fast food their only options are to consume foods that are high in fat, high in cholesterol, low in flavor. Earth Ovens will be a concept that will change the current impression of fast food forever. By introducing fresh natural/organic ingredients and introducing flavors to the fast-food industry, foods prepared at Earth Ovens will not have the fat and cholesterol content that are in fast food today yet not compromise on freshness and flavors.

Built on the same concept as Mcdonald’s and other fast-food giants, Earth Ovens will be not only a food company but, a real estate owner and developer, a franchisor, supplier to its franchisees and has aspirations of global expansion. In other words it will be a fast food company with the backing of real estate.

In assembling a team that will be poised for such a project, Earth Ovens has located and will hire some of the finest in the business. They are as follows:

Mr. Harold Kestenbaum is the franchise attorney and is on the board of directors of Sbarro, Aamco Transmissions, Maaco. Harold brings experience to the Earth Ovens team that will poise the company for expansion. When introduced to the concept of Earth Ovens, Harold has felt that it would change the fast food industry forever.

Chef’s Sachin Wagh, Mohit Pandey, Vijay Gomes and others make up a team of confident, skilled professionals with experiences and education from various catering colleges including Johson and Wales and other prominent colleges internationally. Our Pastry Chef has interned at the White House during the times of President Clinton.

Hospitality and Catering Institutes

The success and accolades enjoyed by KHH Group over the years validate our strategy to expand old businesses and broaden our revolutionary concepts to new areas such as hotels, fast food and Country Clubs.

Unfortunately, with the possibility of expansion, comes the responsibility of delivering quality to our clients in all spheres. Over the years we have cultivated a staff skilled in all aspects of the culinary industry and hospitality management. Achieving this level of proficiency took eight years. As we are now poised for rapid expansion, our challenge is to seek additional qualified personnel.

After intense research we discovered that Indian culinary personnel are generally of a lower caliber than the French, Italian or Continental culinary professionals, we realized that starting from the institutions that educated them, to the hotels that honed their skills, to the market that employs them, Indian hospitality professionals have never been exposed to the same rigors and standards demanded by their counterparts in the “classic cuisines”.

Hence, we are in the process of acquiring and building a Hospitality Institute overseas so that we can bring to our core revenue centers, highly qualified front and back office personnel that need to run the most elite facilities internationally. By having a hotel/resort with our hospitality institute, we can provide an environment that will actually challenge our graduates and allow them to hone their newly acquired skills.

We intend to have a minimum of three institutes in India and have identified possible locations in Delhi, NCR region, Goa and one in the back waters of Kerela. These locations will make it conducive to attract students not only from India but neighboring countries as well.

Presently, we have identified a university in Northern India on 123 Acres. This will give us sufficient land to construct the hospitality arm of the university with a hotel/resort. The property is in the heart of the City yet remote and will offer the best of both worlds for education and business. Most importantly, in our colleges, the first part of the curriculum will be in India then our students can articulate to various colleges abroad such as CIA, Cornell, Culinary Institute of America, Lucerne & others in UK and Singapore This now completes the entire concept of KHH Group. We agree that our goals are lofty, but, attainable. We have the experience, knowledge, persistence and perseverance.
